Description: The PhD comittee of our institute (IMK-TRO) created a buddy-system for people starting their PhD. For this reason the responsible people (Subscribers) needs to know, when a new PhD starts. The group leaders and our secretaries have now the task to post to the new created mailing list imk-tro-new-phd-notification when a new PhD canditate will start at our institute.
