Subject: EPICS on KaaS platform

Description: KaaS (Katrin-as-a-Serice) is an on-premise cloud platform developed for KATRIN control, data acquisition, and data management systems. EPICS is advanced open-source control system. It will eventually replace legacy ZEUS control system which is currently employed for KATRIN.. This list is used to discuss:
1. Development and operation of EPICS control system on KaaS platform
2. Necessary integration with the other components of KATRIN control system
3. Required measures to gradually phase out ZEUS/ADEI system and replace it with a new system based on EPICS control.
